Course Terms
These terms apply to every course, lesson, video, workbook, and download you buy from Gregg Knight, Inc. ("we," "us"). When you buy, you agree to these terms.
1. Who we are
Gregg Knight, Inc., Huntington Beach, California. You must be 18 or older to buy.
2. All sales are final
Our courses are digital. You can watch them the minute you buy. So all sales are final, and we do not give refunds. This includes single lessons and the full course.
3. Education, not advice
Our courses are financial education, not financial, legal, or tax advice for your own situation. Your numbers are different from anyone else's. Talk with a licensed professional before you decide about your own loan, taxes, or legal matters.
Gregg Knight is licensed as a mortgage broker in California only. No loans are offered or arranged in any other state.
4. No promised results
We teach the math. What happens next depends on your numbers, your choices, your lender, rates, and the market. We do not promise you will be approved, qualify for a certain amount, get a certain rate, or save a certain amount. Every example is an example only.
5. For your use only
One buyer, one login. Do not share your login, videos, workbook, or files with anyone. Do not resell or give away any part of a course.
6. Our content belongs to us
Every video, slide, workbook, and page belongs to Gregg Knight, Inc. Do not copy, record, post, or share it without our written OK.
7. Lifetime access
Every course comes with lifetime access, meaning for as long as we offer the course.
8. Ending access
If you break these terms, we may end your access, with no refund.
9. Other websites
Our courses may link to other websites. We don't control them and aren't responsible for them.
10. Problems
Contact us first so we can fix it. These terms follow California law. Any dispute is handled in Orange County, California.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. Your purchase follows the terms in place the day you bought. If one part can't be enforced, the rest still applies.
