Information You Provide: We may collect personal information you voluntarily provide, including your name, email address, phone number, mailing address, and financial information such as income, employment status, and mortgage details when you contact us, submit a form, join our email list, or request mortgage-related services.
Automatically Collected Information: When you visit our Sites, we may automatically collect certain information including your IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URLs, pages visited, and time spent on pages. We may use cookies and similar tracking technologies to enhance your experience.
Calculator Data: Information entered into our mortgage calculators is processed locally in your browser and is not transmitted to or stored on our servers.

Email List: If you join our email list, we use a third-party email service provider to store your name and email address and to send you emails. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
4. Disclosure of Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information with: lending partners and investors as necessary to process your mortgage application; service providers who assist in operating our Sites and business; regulatory authorities and government agencies as required by law; and professional advisors including attorneys and accountants. Any third parties with whom we share your information are required to maintain the confidentiality and security of your information.
5. California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)
If you are a California resident, you have the right to: know what personal information we collect, use, disclose, and sell; request deletion of your personal information; opt out of the sale of your personal information (we do not sell personal information); non-discrimination for exercising your privacy rights; and correct inaccurate personal information. 6. Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA) Notice
As a licensed mortgage broker, we are subject to the GLBA. We collect nonpublic personal information about you from information you provide on applications and other forms, information about your transactions with us or others, and information from consumer reporting agencies. We do not disclose nonpublic personal information about you to anyone except as permitted by law. We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect your nonpublic personal information.
7. Do Not Track
Our Sites do not currently respond to "Do Not Track" signals. California's Online Privacy Protection Act requires us to disclose how we respond to such signals. We will update this policy if our practices change.
8. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Our Sites may contain links to third-party websites including nomoremortgage.com, niofe.org, YouTube, Instagram, and lender websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites and encourage you to review their privacy policies.
10. Children's Privacy
Our Sites are not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us immediately.
11. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our Sites. Your continued use of our Sites after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
